Just started a week ago, and struggling with cravings and planning, and not getting anywhere close to the daily dozen.

Made the mistake of going grocery shopping without a plan, so just made a bunch of things. Don’t really have a recipe to share

Roasted sweet potatoes with ancho and cumin. Roasted red and striped beets with citrus pepper seasoning. Roasted cauliflower with herb and mustard seasoning. Quinoa cooked with vegetable broth. Beer greens and stems with apple cider vinegar and chile flakes.

Do all the seasoning go together? No. But do they have to? Also, no. At least I got some starchy and cruciferous vegetables in.
