Ingredients

1 cup of mayonnaise

⅛ teaspoon of ground [black pepper](https://www.spicyasiafood.com/p/grilled-chicken-salad-sandwich.html)

⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder

⅛ teaspoon of celery salt

4 cups chopped leftover grilled chicken

2 celery sticks, sliced

½ cup of sweetened dried cranberries

⅔ cup of salted cashews

8 slices of bread, toasted

4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

4 large red lettuce leaves

1 ripe tomato, sliced

## Directions

**Step 1**

Whisk 1 cup of mayonnaise, pepper, garlic powder and celery salt until well blended. Combine the chicken, celery, blueberries and cashews in a large bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until combined.

**Step 2**

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toast. Divide chicken salad among four slices of toast; Garnish each with a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Top each sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
