Very good champagne, the only vintage of dom pérignon i tried so i can’t compare it to other vintages of this house. But very good champagne. Was always of the opinion that dom was overrated, but trying it side by side with pol roger (which is my fav standard champagne) , piper-heidsieck & veuve clicquot i get it. Its very good. Refined and high in that brioche bote that i only tasted with vintage champagne.
In retrospect i like the Cristal 2002 beter, see my other review, but at almost 3 times the price, dom is excellent value for a special occasions. Because at 200 bucks a bottle you have a near perfect champagne!
