    **Ingredients**:

    * 500g 5% mince

    * 4 burger buns

    * 1 tub of cathedral city chili cheese spread

    * 8 cheese singles

    * Small bag tortilla chips

    * 1 red onion

    * 1 pepper

    * 4 mushrooms

    * 1 gherkin

    * 2 cloves of garlic

    * Butter

    * 1 tsp garlic powder

    * Chili flakes

    * Salt

    * Pepper

    **Method:**

    1. Roll the mince out flat on a chopping board. Season with garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.

    2. Roll the mince out into balls, 2 per burger.

    3. Butter both sides of the buns and fry in a hot pan until browning and crispy. Once done put to the side.

    4. Add a little oil to a medium high heated pan and add each burger ball. Flatten each burger with a spatula and cook on both sides for approximately 5 minutes.

    5. Meanwhile, Chop the onions, mushrooms and peppers and toss in another frying pan with some butter. Add some crushed garlic and cook until soft.

    6. Once burgers are almost done, add a cheese single to the top of each burger and allow to melt.

    7. Spread the cheese spread onto the burger buns then assemble with two burgers and the onion/pepper/mushroom mix. Then top with 2 tortilla chips and gherkins (if you like).

    8. Serve with side salad or potato wedges.

    9. Put into mouth and enjoy.
