    Pork belly 1.5kg joint cooked at 220C for 30 mins then at 1 hour at 160C.
    4 Granny Smith apples chopped and diced with 2 tbsp caster sugar, 2 tbsp butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Water added as needed for consistency, used around 5 tbsp
