    Crispy Dumplings!
    It’s Quick and Easy to make recipe that any one can make without struggling on how to fold the dumplings. And yet, you don’t need a whole lot oil to deep fry these, all you need is just a couple tablespoons of it.
    1. ingredients :
    – Dumpling wrappers : 1 pack
    – Ground pork : 16oz ( 450g )
    – Chopped chives : 2/3 cup
    – Chopped onion : 1/2 cup
    – Egg : 1
    – Mushroom seasoning : 1/2 tablespoons
    – Sugar : 1/2 tablespoon
    – Black pepper : 1 teaspoon
    – Oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
    – Fish sauce : 1 tablespoon
    – Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
    – Oil : 2-3 tablespoons

    2. The filling : Mix ground pork, egg, chopped chives, chopped onion and all the seasoning ingredients together and mix well.
    4. Place a full teaspoon of the filling to the center of the dumpling wrapper, fold in half and seal close just the middle section, press from the top along the length to make it look like an egg roll.
    5. Add 2/3 cup of water to a hot pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Cook until water and oil start boiling. Add in the dumplings, make sure they don’t stick together then cover a lid (with steam releasing hole kind) cook until all the water dry out and the bottom of the dumplings are golden brown and crispy. ( if you prefer extra crispy then flip the dumplings over and keep frying until golden). Otherwise, they are done and ready to eat. This kind of dumplings you can just eat by itself or with any of your favorite dip.
