Breakfast this morning: “PB&J yogurt with pumpkin spice Dalgona coffee for 200 calories and 18 g of protein.

    I mixed PB2 with Greek yogurt, and chopped up some strawberries. The coffee is 1/3 cup of almond milk mixed with pumpkin spice sugar free syrup, and whipped Dalgona coffee on top with some cinnamon (I used instant espresso and Splenda for the Dalgona coffee).
