Rice, homemade pico de gallo, corn, black beans, avocado, and 3.5oz no-oil grilled chicken breast on a large bed of chopped kale. Extremely filling and could easily be under 500 cals by using less Avocado (I used 90g here because I didn’t want to waste any, but I usually use 50g). Served with zero sugar lemonade!
