Crispy Fry Rice Quick and Easy Way with the Air Fryer 1. Ingredients : – leftover steam rice : 2 cups – Salmon or chicken or any protein you prefer : 5 oz – Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons – Olive oil : 1 tablespoon – Black pepper : 2/3 tablespoon – Chili powder : 2/3 teaspoon – Chopped shallots : 1 medium size – Chopped garlic : 3 cloves 2. instructions : – Video recipe : https://youtu.be/6g-8Y6FivTE – Salmon : Trim off the skin and cut into small cubes – Place salmon cubes in a mixing bowl, add oil, soy sauce, chili powder, black pepper and chopped shallot then mix well – Add in the rice, stir well together – Add in the chopped garlic, stir. – Transfer the mixed rice to the aluminum foil sheet, spread to evenly to a thin layer, fold around the edge and place in the air fryer – Cook at 400F for 10 minutes. Remove from air fryer and enjoy ( Note : If prefer more crispy, give it a mix then continue to cook for another couple minutes )
