**Cooking method for pumpkin 🎃 ice cream:**
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Put it in a saucepan and add the ground cinnamon, cloves, sugar and cream. 2. Put on high heat and bring to a boil. When it begins to boil – reduce the heat and simmer for about 13-17 minutes. Then blend the pumpkin until smooth. 3. In a bowl, whisk 4 egg yolks. Then slowly add them to the pumpkin, mixing constantly. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring all the time. 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Stir it every 30-50 minutes to ensure the ice cream freezes evenly. I recommend using salted peanuts as decoration!

Cut the banana into pieces and put it in the freezer for 4 hours. Then mix them in a blender with the sugar and cream. Add any topping (for example, pieces of chocolate or strawberries), pour it into a mold and put it in the freezer for 5 hours. Stir the ice cream every 30-50 minutes so that it freezes evenly.
**Cooking method for lime 🍋 ice cream:**
1. Mix 3 yolks and sugar. Bring the milk to the boil, then add to the yolks and stir. Place this mixture in a bain-marie and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Then put it in the freezer for 40 minutes. 2. Remove the zest of 3 limes and squeeze out the juice. Whisk the cream in a bowl.
