    I usually like a fatty steak, but for some reason we went for tenderloin tonight. 200 degree oven for 20 mins, seared in ghee on a cast iron pan.

    Served with some homemade mac and cheese and kale dressed with my favorite dressing – basically ceasar dressing but in vinaigrette form (anchovies, Dijon, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice)
