Chicken Thighs seasoned with salt, pepper, coriander, and Thyme. Seared in a skillet with butter for 5 mins then baked in the oven with more butter at 350 for 15 mins.
Tri-colored Rotini pasta with garlic bread sticks. Sauce was Prego Alfredo mixed Prego Garlic Parmesan. Added a little pit of Italian cheese when mixing everything together in a pot. Also added some mushrooms to it too. Bread sticks were frozen and baked in the oven.

This is my kind of comfort food. I love that you used chicken thighs – so much more moisture and flavor than chicken breasts.
