White Sauce-
butter, flour, milk, garlic granules and soft cheese. We just put our butter onto a frying pan with some flour, and once it started to thicken we added the milk and soft cheese until it became a creamy white sauce. We also added heavy cream but you don’t need to do this! Once it was completely smooth, we added garlic granules, some salt and pepper.

For your pasta, we used linguine. It was 0.97p in tesco, but this will differ where you shop. We made this prior and then just added in the pasta once the sauce was done. We then stuck in the oven for around 20 minutes, then took it out to stir and then stuck it back in for another 20.

It came out as this beautiful carborna that was thick and creamy. We added a bit of dried parsley on top before serving but this is definitely optional. I didn’t include measurements as we didn’t measure anything ourselves, we really did eye ball this!
