Guys, I outdid myself this time. Quartered Nasoya eggroll wrappers filled with delicious ground turkey and cabbage filling. 10 of these bad boys is so filling and only 340 calories.
Recipe:
• Eggroll wrappers cut into 4
• 2 cups diced cabbage
• garlic and ginger to taste
• 12 oz ground turkey (93% fat free)
• riced cauliflower (optional, for bulk)
• 1/2 tbsp mirin
• 1/2 tbsp sesame oi
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• cilantro to taste
• seasonings to taste I used black pepper and cumin)
Cut the wrappers and place in mini muffin tin.
Combine rest of ingredients, then fill muffin tins.
Place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
