1. Take the chickens in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of corn flour, half of the crushed black pepper and 1 tsp salt. Mix everything together. Coat the chickens carefully. Set aside for 10 mins. 2. Make the sauce. Take a bowl add the brown sugar, oyster sauce,chilli vinegar, rest of the black pepper and ¼ cup water. Make a thin sauce. Set aside. 3. Deep fry the coated chicken in vegetable oil for 2-3 min on high flame. Make sure the chickens do not turn brown. Do not over fry the chicken, they can turn rubbery. 4. Take a wok/fry pan, add 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped bell pepper and green chilies. 5. Fry for 1-2 min on low flame. 6. Add the pineapple and let it caramelize for 4-5 min on high flame. 7. Add salt and sauté again for 1-2 min. 8. Add the fried chicken and fry everything together for 1-2 min. 9. Add the sauce and sauté everything together until it’s sticky. 10. Serve with rice/noodles.
