We love butter chicken in my family but not the amount of far thats in it, so I slimed it down by cost and content making it possible to have almost everywhere without guilt. I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients
Marinade
3 Chicken Quarters
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp neutral oil
2 medium onions chopped
2 cups of crushed tomato
1 tbsp garam masala
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
1 cup of yogurt
parsley or cilantro to taste
1. Marinate the chicken first with the yogurt and the outlined spices.
2. Seare the chicken 3 min/side
3. Remove from pan set aside.
4. Add the garlic & onions.
5. Cook for 5 min.
6. Add the tomatoes.
7. Add garam masala and sugar.
8. Puree using a hand blender.
9. Add the chicken back.
10. Add the peanut butter, butter & yogurt.
11. Simmer for another 10 min and it’s done!

Sir or mam this is a great recipe but it is absolutely not low fat LMAO
