Leaf miner, it’s a bug. You can try to squish them. Not ideal, but I’ve never had one do anything devestating to a plant other than mess up a few leaves.

Leaf miners – I’m in your same grow zone and usually treat with neem oil. Just make sure to also spray the bottoms of the leaf too.

Yeah as others have said it looks like leaf miners. I’ve never treated plants for leaf miners. I’ve just kind of let it exist, and it hasn’t seemed to affect the plants much, if at all.
