    Meal3.) Cottage cheese, grapes, tangerine, celery with hummus
    Meal 4.) Greek yogurt, rice cakes, apple, peanut butter and PB fit
    Meal 5.) Tilapia, broccoli, brown rice, fat free mozzarella, butter and apple sauce
