1L unsweetened coconut milk or milk substitute of choice
15g sugar replacement
1tbls instant coffee
Directions 1. In a small bowl combine the cocoa and protein powder and mix with half a cup of milk. 2. Add cornflour to a larger mixing bowl and add in the 2 eggs, whisk until smoothe. Add in milk 1 cup at a time whisking in between each. Mix in coffee. 3. Move milk mixture to a pan and add choc chips. Over a high heat stir continuously until the mixture thickens. 4. Once thickened add a few tbls of the hot mixture to the cocoa and protein powder and mix well. Do this 2 or 3 times then combine mixtures and whisk well. 5. Once it has cooled a bit add in the gelatine a tsp at a time and whisk through thoroughly.

This looks really yummy, especially the coffee component. Normally I do the lazy version by making sugar free Cococolate Jell-O pudding with Almond Milk and crush a Fiber One Brownie into it. It actually comes out to the same 250cal, just probably way less flavorful than this haha. Miiiiight have to give this one a shot. Thanks for sharing!
