    The first dish is a sort of layered hotpot, with cabbage and mushrooms on the bottom, covered with suyuk, dumplings, and meat fritters, in a rich beef broth. The second is Pyeongyang-style naengmyeon, which is much simpler than the Hamheung style, but with a focus on the savory, meaty broth instead of the sour and spice of the Hamheung style.
