So I pan seared the pork chops in grapeseed oil. For spices I used salt, pepper, parsley, paprika, oregano, garlic powder and a touch of brown sugar. Scalloped taters were the boxes so I just followed the direction and threw some cheese on top. Carrots (how ever many your heart desires) were tossed in olive oil with cinnamon, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper . Baked at 400 for 10 mins, flip, bake until how u like them (crispy or not crispy) the corn was a can of peaches and cream but I added a dash of olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper. Dinner rolls just margarine lightly toasted. Dash of garlic powder

It’s a mix of sweet, savory, cheesy and Herby with some nice different mouth textures…mouth feels?? Idk LOL! but it’s GOOD, and it made like 4 full servings. I’m So Thankful I can make a meal like this for literally Free. Store bought it would be around $15/$20 for 4 servings (pork chops $5, can of corn $1 or less, bag of carrots,$3 scalloped taters X2 $5, small brick of cheese $4, dinner rolls $2 or more) at least in my country if you can get good deals but this is till base price when buying. Still an amazing meal free or bought and easy to make

BTW, how many of you are aware of Amazon Smile? Every time I buy something on Amazon Smile, a percentage is donated to my local food bank. The best part is, you to get to pick where the money goes.

There are other organizations you can help with as well. It cost s you nothing. Just tell them what org you want to support and you’re done.

Did you mix the peaches and cream with the corn? I never would have thought of it but it sounds like an interesting and tasty combo to try. Great job! The food bank local to me has pears and pineapple typically
