1. Boil the eggs and potatoes until done (the day before). 2. Peel and cut the cooled-off potatoes into small chunks. 3. Cut the sausage into thin stripes and everything else in fine pieces. 4. Mix all ingredients together and let them rest for approximately 4 hours. 5. Before serving give it a good stir and taste. Add additional salt, pepper, sugar, or pickle juice if needed.
