    I shred the turkey in a non-stick sauce pan, then add the egg and egg white with a tiny pinch of salt, then scramble (no added fat). I spread one portion of cheese per slice of toasted bread, then pour the scrambled eggs on it, kind of like an open face breakfast sandwich. On the side are cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber with a bit of salt.

    I know I could add things like pepper, garlic powder, paprika and so on to the scrambled eggs, but I like a more neutral taste for this dish. I usually eat spicy and aromatic food in the evening.
