What is this dish called ? I went to a Korean restaurant and the name on the menu is Dak Galbi 닭갈비. I loved it so much and wanted to make it at home however the 닭갈비 recipes I found online look nothing like this and are spicy. This dish wasn’t spicy at all, it was rather sweet

    To be honest this doesnt look like any dakgalbi ive seen or tried. And i LOVE dakgalbi. You should ask the restaurant directly:) i assume wayyy less or maybe even no gochujang.

    Might be made more like beef bulgogi and is on the sweeter side? For me, I love the spicy dak galbi!
