281 cal overnight weetabix. Delish for breakfast!

    Recipe:

    – 2 pieces of Weetabix broken up
    – 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
    – 113gr of fat free vanilla yogurt
    – 50gr frozen mixed berries
    – 10gr almonds

    Break the weetabix into pieces. Pour in almond milk and mix until the weetabix has soaked in all the milk. Add yogurt on top, then store in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add berries and top with almonds!

    It’s an alternative to overnight oats and super delish as well. Almost like a cake. I also experiment with different flavors.
