I’m starting to try new things now that I purchased a Weber.
Used to do only carne asada with cheap meat, thankfully things are getting better in my life and I can do things I could only hoped to prepare.
Starting with this arrachera, marinated with a recipe I saw on youtube. It was so, so delicious.

Looks good! I clicked on the post because you had the sweet special edition Weber. I like to do skirt steak a lot too, I usually marinade in onion, cilantro, lime juice, and orange juice. So good.
