Today I made tteokbokki, and when I tasted it, it didn’t taste like the restaurant made ones at all. It tasted like ketchup and a hint of soy sauce. It wasn’t soft, the outside was soft, but the inside was a bit hard and chewy. The sauce wasn’t shiny, when the tteokbokki cooled a bit, it turned into a matte like colour.

I always had a problem with his recipes but I’ve heard a lot of good things from the comment section on the video so I decided to try it out.

I didn’t add gocharu maybe thats the reason it tasted bad.
