I’ve been upping my daily protein intake, and this meal has made it a breeze to squeeze in 27g of protein in every meal. I make a big batch of hard boiled eggs and keep them in the fridge so lunch prep time is kept to a minimum.

Ingredients:

1. Hard boiled eggs
2. Knorr Herb and Butter rice blend

Instructions

1. Cook the herb and butter rice
2. In the last 2 min of letting the pot rest, add in hard boiled eggs to warm them
3. Enjoy!
