    Here is the step by step recipe of protein-rich Egg Qorma Biryani with the perfect blend of flavors. Give it a shot!

    Ingredients For Qorma :

    • Boiled eggs 5-6
    • Chopped onion 1 large
    • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    • Mix all spices 1 tbsp
    • Yogurt ½ cup
    • Qorma masala 2 tbsp
    • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    • Salt 1 tsp
    • Nutmeg mace powder 1 tsp
    • Clarified butter ½ cup
    • Turmeric ¼ tsp
    • Oil 1 tbsp
    • Grinded coriander I tsp

    For Rice Ingredients:

    • Boiled Sella rice ½ kg
    • Salt to taste
    • Bay leaves 2
    • Small cardamom 5-6

    For Layering Ingredients:

    • Green coriander ½ cup
    • Mint Leaves ½ cup
    • Green chili 6-8
    • Fried chili 6-8
    • Fried onions ½ cup
    • Oil 4 tbsp
    • Yellow food color 2 pinch
    • Milk 3-4 tbsp
    • Water ½ cup
    • Oil 2 tbsp

    Method:

    1. Hard boiled the egg and add 2 tbsp of clarified butter and fry .

    2. Then in clarified butter fry onion then add mix all spices powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric , qorma masala , nutmeg mace powder and yogurt mix and leave on dum.

    3. After this add boiled eggs.

    4. Now, separately boil the rice with salt, small cardamom and bay leaves .

    5. Strain it when done.

    6. Then in a wok add half cup of water and 2 tbsp of oil then pour half the boiled rice.

    7. Then add egg qorma then all layering ingredients add and remaining rice.

    8. Finally add milk and yellow food color and leave it on dum and serve .
