I’ve had this corn dressing/vinaigrette at 2 different Korean restaurants now and it is SO good. Problem is I can’t seem to find a recipe online for it no matter how I try to Google it. It’s cold, definitely corn as the base, kind of a corn puree with some other flavors. If anyone knows how I can find the name or recipe for this, I’d be grateful! Also the picture is a screenshot from Yelp as I didn’t take a picture before eating.
