    Easy, high protein, high flavor, super low cal! Perfect for when I only have a little bit more in my calorie allotment for the day!

    – 1/2 bag Whole Foods Fried Rice style cauliflower
    – 8-10 medium shrimp, seasoned and air fried (no oil)
    – 1 cup frozen broccoli seasoned and tossed with 1 teaspoon avocado oil, air fried on roast setting
    – a few drops of toasted sesame oil at the end
