    What I ate today:

    Espresso with soy milk (50)

    Breakfast: 1 egg (70), 1 piece of toast (70), 30g hummus (40), 100g grapes (60), 2 small tangerines (60)

    Breakfast Total: 300

    Lunch: tuna (90) in a wrap (50), with cauliflower rice (80), and rice cakes (110)

    Lunch Total: 330

    Snack: 2 truffles from my corporate gift box (approx 200)

    Dinner: spinach artichoke ravioli lean cuisine (280) with a veggie burger (100) in a wrap (50) with ketchup and mustard (40)

    Dinner Total: 470

    Daily Total: 1350
