Hello, I Went to a Korean BBQ place (Miss Korea in Nottingham) and got some beef. It came with these 2 side things, the sauce is akin to hoisin sauce, and these spices were just amazing, but I can’t for the life of me find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Looks like gochugaru with salt and fennel seeds.
