For the fried chicken I used a beer batter recipe – flour, corn starch, spices of your choice (I like garlic, onion, white pepp and paprika). Then double fried in vegetable oil 🥰
The honey butter sauce is really simple! In a pan, simmer butter, soy sauce, honey and minced garlic. Then coat the fried chicken and toss. 🥂
