    Ingredient for marination

    • Boneless Mutton 700 g
    • Garlic ginger paste 3tbsp
    • Black pepper 1tsp
    • Red chili 1 tsp
    • Salt according to taste
    • Chat Masala 1 tsp
    • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
    • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
    • Corn flour 6 tbsp
    • Oil as required
    • Vinegar 2 tbsp
    • Besan 5 tbsp

    For Garnish :

    • Capsicum one piece
    • Green chili 2 piece
    • Curry leaves 8-10 pieces
    • Butter 50 gram
    • Salt 1/4 tsp

    Method :

    1. Marinate the mutton piece for 30 minutes with all the marination ingredient except corn flour and gram flour ( Besan )

    2. Cook the mutton till it is 75% done.

    3. When the mutton is done and cooled add the corn flour and gram flour ( Besan ) and mix it nicely

    4. Deep fry the mutton piece till golden brown.

    5. Sauté capsicum curry leaves green chili salt in a butter and garnish the fried mutton with the sauté veggies

    6. Serve hot in a sizzler
