not naengmyun but spicy gogi-guksu(from Jeju). of course i’m in seoul.

    Sorry but I’m going to need further explanation on this.

    Gogi-guksu is noodles in broth which this does not look like it has. Was the noodles cooked in the pork broth, taken out and mixed it like naengmyun? Was the broth used to create the yangnyum to make the gochugaru paste?
