I love these oats because the fibre + protein + sweetness satisfies me so well, I end up not feeling like snacking for hours. To me, that makes the 600 calories totally worth it.

    50g rolled oats – 190cal
    1tbsp ground flaxseed – 25cal
    1 scoop protein powder – 130cal
    2 tbsp cocoa powder – 24cal
    1½ tbsp condensed milk – 98cal
    100ml milk – 60cal
    ½ tbsp melted peanut butter – 50cal
    1 hershey’s no sugar dark chocolate rectangle – 40cal
    flakey salt

    total calories: 617
    total protein: 44.4g

    there are definitely adjustments you can make to this to make it lower calorie, i just used what i had on hand today. i typically forgo the chocolate and condensed milk and add a little bit of banana but i was out.
