– fresh ramen noodles, 2 clumps – thinly sliced pork belly – 2 cups of spinach – Package of enoki mushrooms – 6-7 cloves of garlic, 2 finely diced, the others turned into a paste – 1/3 tahini – 1 Tbsp soy sauce – 1 Tbsp rice vinegar – 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil – 1.5 Tbsp white sugar – 1 Tbsp Hoisin – 4 stalks Finely chopped whites of green onion – 1/4 ish warm water to get the consistency of the sauce – Soft boiled egg, chili crisp oil and green onion tops for topping
———————————————————————— – begin by adding your tahini, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic paste and green onion to a bowl, whisk to combine and add warm water as needed then set aside. – On a very hot pan, add your pork belly and cook on 30s per side, remove and set aside. – Turn pan to med, ass your enoki mushrooms and a splash of soy sauce, cook until softened. – Remove mushrooms and add spinach, cook until almost wilted then add your diced garlic. – Add your cooked ramen to a bowl, top with your pork, spinach, mushrooms and soft boiled egg. Add your sauce and enjoy 🙂
