Made some Benton’s Bacon and whiskey chicken katsu curry. Breaded the chicken thigh with thyme and parsley panko and used jack daniels to deglaze. Used Java curry pack, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onions, and bacon fat to sauté.
