The cashier said soak in cold water for 30mins and then boil for 3-4 mins. Is that correct?

Yeah that’s correct, at least that’s what the green instructions say. The top black instructions just say boil them for 6 minutes and then rinse them in cold water. Honestly, it just depends how you want the to turn out.
