    Recipe:

    Ingredients:

    * 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

    * 1 cup granulated sugar

    * 1 large egg

    * 1 tsp vanilla extract

    * 2 cups all-purpose flour

    * 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    * 1 tsp baking powder

    * 1/2 tsp salt

    * 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix

    * 1 cup marshmallows (optional)

    * 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)

    Instructions:

    * In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

    * In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and hot chocolate mix. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

    * Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    * Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten the balls slightly with the back of a spoon.

    * Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until they are set and the edges are slightly crispy.
    * Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

    * If using marshmallows, melt the marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the marshmallows are melted and smooth.
    * Spread the marshmallow frosting over the cooled cookies using a spoon or spatula.

    * If using chocolate chips, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled cookies using a spoon or a piping bag.
