550 cal dinner last night, sesame tuna steak with Asian slaw

    I’m currently on a low calorie, high protein diet. Minus the protein shake this came in at 550 calories. It only took 10 mins to prepare and 10 mins to cook, and ended up being really good! Also it came in at 40g of protein for anyone interested

    The great thing is I also made another for lunch today, so can’t wait to get that as well! Let me know if you want the recipe, I’m happy to write it out and share
