I’m Canadian so I have no idea what the base starch even is in these dishes (rice?) and would love names/recipes to follow up on. Am fascinated by sick food and comfort food from different cultures. (and no, I am not this Youtuber or working for her!)

    Kimchi and octopus with cheese, and the second one is abalone (green color is from the abalone intestines). Pretty simple to make, just wash rice and simmer it with the ingredients.
