I improvised the recipe based on a ratatouille I made a few years back. Turned out even better than I remember! The secret is really burning the peppers before peeling and adding into the sauce, gives it a subtle smokiness.

    That looks amazing! How long and at what temperature did you bake it?
    I tried following a recipe once, and after an hour of additional baking than the recipe asked for I gave up and ate it half raw 😭
