    [Recipe]
    Ingredients:
    3 cloves of garlic
    30ml of milk
    60ml of oil (40ml of sunflower oil and 20ml of extra virgin olive oil)
    salt
    Chili pepper
    180gr of fettuccine pasta
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Parsley
    Lemon

    Method:
    Put the water to cook the pasta and take care of the garlic sauce. In a container put and blend the oil, milk and garlic cloves until obtaining a homogeneous and smooth sauce. Adjust with salt. Once the water boils, add the pasta. In another pan, heat a little extra virgin olive oil and add the chilli. After cooking, toss the pasta in the spicy oil. Add the garlic sauce, grate some lemon zest and add some parsley. A real bomb!
