* 2 Apples * 1 Medium Beetroot * 4-5 Medium Carrot * 2-3 tsp Ginger * 1 cup Water * 6-8 Ice cubes * A spoonful of lemon juice * Pinch of chaat masala * Generous pinch of sugar and salt
**Directions**
1. Chop the Apple into small pieces and remove the seeds. Peel beetroot and carrots and cut them into small cubes. 2. Add the chopped Apple, carrot, beetroot, and ginger in a blender. Add water and blend the mixture into a smooth paste. 3. Over a bowl, place a muslin cloth and slowly pour the juice on the cloth. Again add water and blend the rest of the juice out. 4. Gather the sides of the muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice as much as possible. And discard the pulp. 5. Add lemon juice, chaat masala and a little salt and sugar. 6. Add ice cubes and serve the juice.
**Notes**
1. Don’t grind the mixture too fast so that it heats up. Grind to the lowest speed. 2. Instead of a cloth, you can use a metal strainer. 3. The juice tastes amazing when consumed immediately.
