    **INGREDIENTS**

    * 1 lbs ground meat
    * 1 Egg
    * 1 tablespoon pine nuts
    * 1 tablespoon raisins
    * 1 teaspoon nutmeg
    * 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
    * 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

    **DIRECTIONS**

    1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
    2. Add the minced meat, seasoning, egg, pine nuts, and raisins in a large bowl and mix everything with your hands. Mix until all the seasoning is evenly spread.
    3. Take a smaller oven tray, which is big enough to contain all the minced meat. Cover it with the bacon strips so you get a ‘bacon basket’
    4. Add the meatloaf mixture and wrap the strips of bacon around the meatloaf.
    5. Turn the small oven tray upside down to remove the wrapped meatloaf and place it in a bigger oven tray or on a sheet pan.
    6. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven.
