I ate at calorie maintenance for a few months after hitting 155. I did four weeks of 1500 and dropped down to 145 recently. Everything is still the same from my last post regarding workout and eating habits, only difference is occasionally I will run ten miles some days instead of seven. I hope this inspires some people for their New Year’s resolution goals. Keep up the good work everyone and stay strong, appetite is one hell of a thing to fight.

Dude you look awesome!! I really hope I can make progress toward my goals this year. More than anything, I wanna have a smile on my face like that when I look back at 2023 next December.
Great work! So, did you typically fast, then eat your 1,500 calories in one sitting, or was it more spread out through the day?
Im around 215 rn and my goal is tighten up my eating and calorie intake, so thank you this definitely inspired me brother!
