1. Sieve in the flour, **2** tablespoons of powdered sugar, coca powder, baking soda & baking powder & mix well 2. Add in the melted butter/oil, milk (as required) & vanilla essence to create a batter – like thick consistency 3. Bury the dark chocolate about halfway deep in & cover it w/ batter 4. Microwave it for about 3 – 4 minutes on medium heat
**Garnish:**
1. Place the cake upside down on a plate & soak it in the sugar syrup 2. Sieve the remaining 1 tablespoon powdered sugar on top 3. Cut the strawberry vertically in half & place them on top
Ready to eat! Serve cold
**Note:** You can add an egg in the 2nd step if you want along with an additional 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
