I usually do a 3-4 ounce portion of cooked rice depending on how many calories I want to add to a meal. This week I tried sautéing a bag of this broccoli slaw and mixed the rice in. Added some soy sauce and seasoning and it turned out so good! Like fried rice but way less carbs and more veggies. Served this with grilled chicken breast. If you’re like me and struggle to eat veggies, give it a try!

Yoooo, this is awesome advice. I hate riced cauliflower and gave up on rice after that, opting to cut it out of my meal planning. I can totally see myself enjoying this. Thank you!!!
